The seascape at Rach Vem Fishing Village and Ham Rong Beach on Phu Quoc have been long admired by the Vietnamese people for its beauty and being the habitat of the chocolate chip sea stars. Especially during the dry season from November to April, the weather is extremely favorable to view these unique starfish as well as to enjoy fresh clean air, clear blue skies, endless white sandy beaches, and the deep blue sea. We prepare everything needed so that you can observe these magnificent creatures on the seabed without disturbing them.

Tour Plan
The tour start at 9.00 am
- At 8.00AM in the morning, we’ll move from the city center to the fishing village of Rach Vem.
- At 8:20 AM, visit the Bee Farm to learn about the honey-making process and enjoy refreshing beverages made from honey.
- At 9:20 AM, we arrived at the National Park and began a roughly 1000-meter hike. The trek led us through the lush forest, offering glimpses of Phu Quoc's unique flora and fauna.
- Arriving at the coast at 10:10 AM, we'll board a short 15-minute boat ride to Ham Rong, a paradise of pristine white sand. There, you'll have the opportunity to swim in crystal-clear waters, explore vibrant underwater life while snorkeling, bask in the sun, and marvel at the unique chocolate chip sea stars.

Amazing trekking and snorkeling experience
I spent two amazing days with Si on Phu Quoc: First booked his trekking tour to Tien Son Dinh and waterfall and as it was such a great day I decided to do another one with him and go snorkeling to see soo many starfish.
Si was all the time highly motivated to show me as much of the island as possible and brought me to the most beautiful places.
He is not only a passionate nature lover who told me so much about this beautiful island and its wildlife but also surprisingly turned out to be such a talented photographer. Felt more like time with a good and funny friend than a tour with a guide. Highly recommended!
we asked Si to make another tour for us to the beach with starfish. It was such a great idea. We spent the day in a beautiful place where there were very few people. Si, as always, was perfectly prepared: he picked us up in a comfortable car with a driver (who is also a good guy), took new snorkeling equipment for us, and gave us instructions. It was my first snorkeling experience and everything turned out great. The place is amazingly beautiful, with blue water and a huge number of starfish already at a shallow depth.
After swimming we had a barbecue on the beach. Si put his heart and soul into our lunch. He got up early in the morning to buy the freshest seafood. It was a delicious and satisfying lunch with a beautiful view. We tried fruits with salt and pepper, the way the Vietnamese eat. Of course, Si took hammocks with him to relax with a view.
It is sad that in such beatiful places we saw a large amount of garbage. But what makes me happy is that Si takes care of nature, collects garbage even after other people in the forest.
If you go to this tour, I would recommend to put on a swimsuit with closed back and long sleeves. I was wearing a regular bikini and ended up getting burned on my back while snorkeling.
